Our Centenary year is shaping up to be Scouting’s best ever and the most inspiring events are yet to come. You’re invited to be part of a celebration to beat all celebrations! LIVE 07 is our Festival of Scouting, an extravaganza to celebrate the best of Scouting in 2007. Two epic shows will be held in The O2 arena in London, with a capacity of 15,000 per show, to bring together all the elements of Scouting in 2007 in one day, in one place on Saturday 24th November 2007.

From the minute you arrive at The O2 arena it will be like stepping into a Scouting themepark, with circus activities, bands and other exciting performers mingling with the crowds. The event will bring together over 3,000 Scouts from all around the country to take part in LIVE 07’s line-up. There will be performance items from all Sections to bring you a fast moving multimedia spectacle with elements from the World Scout Jamboree, Brownsea Island, local Scouting events, Scout bands and award presentations from famous ex-Scouts.

This is where we need you!

This is a chance for anyone in Network across the UK to join the cast of the Network item. We are planning a James Bond style Mini adventure and we need you to help us.
We are after 2 groups of people.
Group 1 - We need Networkers who are into skateboarding, powerisers, fire breathing, poi, mountain biking, bubble blowing, stunt biking, roller skating, free running, unicycling, circus skills, acrobatics or similar.
Group 2 - For this we are going to need a team of good dancers ideally in boy/girl pairs.

We are looking for both fully committed individuals and groups to display their talents in this item of ‘high speed thrills and spills making full use of space and resources’.

~ as many networkers as we can to fill the arena
~ networkers with any skills that they want to show off (poi, skateboarding, bmx, motocross, judo, anything else you can think of....)
~ networkers who can ballroom dance, or are willing to learn a (simple) ballroom dance
