How Do I Get IT?
Simply send a PM to Keith containing the following information:
Your Name
Your Appointment
Email address
Group
District
County
Website URL

Group name as you want it to appear on your forum
Up to 4 forum names, with descriptions
Username for moderator (this can be a current member, or we can create a moderator account if you let us know their email address)
