This weeks beaver meeting went ok. We were doing mothers day and making a card and a present (didn't see the present as we had female parent helpers in so the beaver leader was doing that part with them in a different room while the rest made their cards).

For some reason they were all talking (very quietly) when they should have been quiet, so I wasn't very happy with that. One kid was being a pain, wasn't too surprised at this!

Next week I am doing it on my own and we are making paper aeroplanes, as part of the air activities badge.

If it makes you feel better even when they become scouts, they still try to talk when they should be listening

Scouts listen??? Whatever next. no Scout ever listens, let alone understands what you are saying.!!

I always listened when I was in scouts! That wasn't too long ago, about 7 or 8 years ago.

Yeah same here Keith, although its amazing how even 7-8 years can have a difference in kids behaviours! To many computer games and getting what they want at home
