Title: ""Secret London""
Description: "What Crowds ?"

Sadly when most Scouts,Explorers visit the Capital or London as We lucky enough to Live Here call It.They tend to visit the same places the same venues ending up on the 'London Eye' perhaps ? In fact with a bit of careful investigation it's possible to escape the Crowds and to have a much better more exciting experience of the Capital without waiting in queses and having to search around for missing members as it's impossible to keep everyone together as one large Group.Today I met some Friends for Breakfast in the 'Mad Hatter' where we stayed for over two hours as there was no pressure to leave and only another eight People came in during that time.I wanted to show them the 'Roman Amphitheatre' in the basement of the 'London's Guildhall' the entrance charge for Adults is £1 and Children are Free. The vast scale of the space and the way it is presented is always a bit 'mind boggling'.We were the only people there so again not having to share the experience with anybody. To show the contrast we went to 'Tate Modern' over the Bridge opp St Paul's Cathedral were it was like the 'Rush Hour' and standing still was a dangerous occupation. We did escape and ended with Dinner with the 'Blythes',always a 'Great Treat' as the food is so good and part of Secret London,I did take My own Children who know a 'Good Thing' when they 'taste it' and their dad pays for it.....!!
