Remember when I blogged about the exciting developments for 2009 and there were two plans. Well the first one where we were thinking of merging with another site to make a worldwide scout forum has had a rather interesting development.
I have been talking to them over the past couple of months about their site and that theres been no activity since january. As they admitted its an awful lot harder running a forum then people think. I also got an apology from him for his bad behaviour (thats what made me walk away) and asking me to consider merging. I said that I would only consider it if I had overall control and have had no reply since.

Reading between the lines you can work out that its more likely that its not going to re-open, as I know for a fact it doesn't take a few months to add some new features and even if it did the board wouldn't have to be unavaliable for months.
So is it plan B ?
